The Challenge

Creating high-quality YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Instagram Reels is incredibly time-consuming. It requires scripting, voiceover recording, finding b-roll, adding captions, and editing it all together perfectly to retain viewer attention.

Brands and creators needed a way to scale their content output from 1 video a week to 3+ videos a day without sacrificing quality or spending their entire week in Premiere Pro.

The Solution

I built a custom Python-based rendering pipeline from scratch. Given a single topic or URL, the system uses OpenAI to generate a highly engaging script, ElevenLabs to generate human-like voiceovers, and Whisper AI to create perfectly timed subtitle data.

The engine then uses FFmpeg and MoviePy to programmatically composite the audio, background videos, dynamic animated captions, and background music into a final `1080x1920` MP4 file, completely automatically.

Dynamic Hook Generation — The LLM is prompt-engineered specifically for short-form retention, ensuring the first 3 seconds of the generated script contain high-converting psychological hooks.

Word-Level Captions — The pipeline generates Hormozi-style animated captions. It uses Whisper word-level timestamps to highlight individual words precisely as the AI voice speaks them.

B-Roll Synchronization — Automatically splices relevant background videos based on keyword extraction from the script, ensuring the visual context matches the audio.

Auto-Publishing — Once the video finishes rendering locally or in the cloud, it connects to YouTube and TikTok APIs via n8n to automatically post the video with SEO-optimized tags and descriptions.
